1. No fast food
2. No pop
3. No chocolate
4. Go to the YMCA at least three times per week

Just another day
Well it's another day. Shane went to soccer this morning. He enjoyed running around the field with Coach Molly's son Jake before the session the best. For some reason, he has always loved the "big kids". This evening we played and colored. Shane loves to color now. Nate crawled around a lot. He doesn't show any interest in walking yet, but he sure is fast at crawling. He also has learned to go up the stairs. Scary!!!
